Nestled by the sea, my creativity workshops are designed to nourish your spirit and open space for self-expression—whether you’re a seasoned artist or picking up a brush for the first time in years.

 

These sessions invite you to slow down, explore freely, and connect to what lights you up.

 

What You Can Expect:

• A welcoming, judgment-free atmosphere

• Gentle guidance and creative prompts

• Inspiring surroundings—either by the sea or in my cozy studio

• Time for reflection, movement, making and conversation 

  • All creative materials are provided but feel free to bring your own. 

• Coffee, Tea, Lunch & treats and meaningful connection

  • Hot tub, sauna, plunge. Robes and towels included.
